How long have you been working at FFMC & what is it you do here?

I have worked at FFMC for 6 ½ years and oversee the maintenance of our facility, our grounds and our church vehicles. Included in that is ensuring that the many and varied events of the church are appropriately accommodated for space and equipment needed.

Education/ past experience that relates to your current position?

Although receiving a business degree from Greenville College, I generally consider that life’s experiences have been the biggest contributors for me in this position. Other people contact through previous jobs—banking, investments and insurance sales-- has given me insight into what people want/need. Users of the church want and deserve competent attention to our physical environment. Clean, well-stocked and staged areas allow for individuals to concentrate on what brought them into the building. We in the Facilities Department strive to provide a high level of service.

What’s one thing you love about being on staff at FFMC?

The people are real, the people have values, they care about each other and they understand their being fortunate in sharing with others Christ’s calling.
