How long have you been working at FFMC & what is it you do here?

I began my work at FFMC in September 2010 as the worship leader for Encounter. As of July 2011, I am now in charge of Contemporary Worship and College Ministries at FFMC.

Education/ Past Experience that relates to your current position?

A recent graduate of Seattle Pacific University (2011), I graduated with a Physical Education degree and my K-12 Teaching Certification in Health and Fitness. While my degree does not directly relate to my current position at FFMC, I have been steeped in ministry my whole life. I grew up in a Free Methodist pastor’s home and led worship and was involved in ministry all of my growing up years. While at SPU, I was the 2009-2010 group Coordinator (SPU’s mid-week worship service) and served on the Campus Ministry Council.

Tell us about other hobbies and about your family.
Outside of music, my other hobbies include playing sports (basketball, soccer, softball, golf) and teaching K-12 Physical Education.

What’s one thing you love about being on staff at FFMC?

Hearing Ron and Jan banter back and forth. Truly awe-inspiring. :)
